We’re celebrating a special occasion here at Elevated Practice Consulting—our mascot, Levi, is turning 4! 🎉 To honor Levi’s big day, we’re inviting you to showcase your dog’s paw-fessional skills in our "Most Paw-fessional" Pup Contest. Share a photo of your dog “at work” for a chance to win great prizes and support a good cause!
How to Enter

Submit a photo of your dog “at work” by October 22nd to info@elevatedpractice.com with “Dog Contest” in the subject line. Include your dog’s name!

Vote on our Instagram Stories (@elevatedpractice) between October 28th and November 1st. Get your friends to vote!

Winner announced in our November 5th newsletter and on Instagram.
Prizes
The winning dog will receive:
- A special gift from Pet Pantry Warehouse, Levi’s go-to for treats and toys.
- A $100 donation to Adopt-a-Dog made in the winner’s name.

- Keep entries fun and appropriate—enter as many pups as you’d like!
- By entering, you agree that we can share your dog’s photo on social media and in our November newsletter.
