You started the year off right. And then, well… things happened.

You can tell when your team is in sync. Things flow. But when they’re not, it shows up as mistakes, miscommunications, missed opportunities, and that nagging feeling that you’re the one holding everything together.

Q2 challenge: Take 30 minutes for a team reset. Revisit the priorities. Reset expectations. Give your team something clear and specific to move toward.

3. Are your systems supporting growth or slowing it down?

When your processes are clunky or inconsistent, it drains time, energy, and revenue. Whether it’s the way your team handles new patient inquiries, consults, or follow-ups — inefficiencies add up fast.

Q2 challenge: Choose one part of the patient journey to improve this month. Clean up the friction and make it easier for your team to deliver a consistent patient experience.
